The pop-singer is at it again with her head-turning, tongue-wagging fashion. This time it wasn't meat but a WIG!

Lady Gaga stepped out in Honk Kong for her "Born This Way Ball" tour in a purple wig worn as a dress!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paired with elbow length gloves, white hat, sunglasses and her signature chunky platforms, her blonde hair was also locked with the purple wig all the way to her waist. What an innovator!
