Well, if you have been listening to your radio, either The Beat, Top Radio, Rhythm, Inspiration FMs etc, I am sure you would have heard the song "Special Girl" one time or the other. Right?
Never mind, I'll help out with that.
Iheanacho Obinna Anthony, fondly/professionally referred to as OB!, is a fabulous upcoming artiste who has actually been in the business of making good music for a while now.
His involvement with music began in his childhood days. He grew listening to sounds from the likes of Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye, Jodeci, R-Kelly, Boyz II Men, Brian McKnight, and a host of others.
Even while hoping he would some day break into the music industry, he went ahead to study Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Lagos.
His fame has certainly been on the rise as he has had awesome privileges of sharing the stage with some of Naija's finest: Blaise, Weird MC, Soul E, Kaffy, Amaka of The Thoroughbreds, Nomoreloss, Terry G, and a long list of others.
If you were at the August edition of One Mic Naija, you definitely wouldn't have missed his beautiful performance and I am sure you can testify to his good music prowess. He thrilled us with his lovely voice alongside performances from Praiz, Contradiction, Phenom, Yoye, Sukiyaki and Symun.
At the moment, OB! is working on his forthcoming mix-tape titled 4play Vol. 1, which of course would be made up of 4 songs. Other volumes would precede the release of his album.
