DJ Caise with real names, Derin Phillips, is the new addition to the international award winning 360-degree entertainment company, Chocolate City, led by Audu Maikori. He has been signed as a producer, DJ and re-mixer. The eclectic DJ is renowned for his great mash ups of Nigerian songs with funky house and other euro-centric sounds. He has worked with a number of artistes including Lynxxx and he is currently the in-house DJ for the Beat 99.9FM.
The announcement of the signing was made during the weekend at the Ice Prince “E.L.I” (Everybody Loves Ice Prince) album launch press conference in Lagos.
DJ Caise is currently working on his debut album “Gidi House Mafia” which will be dominated by unique remixes of artistes' songs.
